Upon completion of registration, I understand that I am contractually obligated to pay all fees for this event upon check out.
*Early Bird Registration* I understand that I will be expected to return for special tickets once the Professional Development Seminars are available for purchase.
Cancellation: A $100 administration fee will be applied if a registrant cancels after the shared date.
No Show to Convention: If a registrant purchases a ticket but does NOT show up to convention, the full convention fee will not be refunded.
Type of Payment: Purchase Orders, Checks, and Delayed Payments will be NOT be accepted for payment to convention. All payments will be made at time of purchase.
Photo/Video Consent: By purchasing a ticket and attending CAPED Convention, you are acknowledging consent to event photos and videos.
Membership List Share out: By purchasing a ticket and attending CAPED Convention, or submiting a membership form, you are acknowledging consent for CAPED to share your submitted contact information to our Exhibitors & Sponsors if they purchase one of the following add ons (Pre-Convention Member List and/or Post-Convention Membership List). If you do not wish to be on this list, please mark that in your registration.
