Important Information

Events Fees - Your ticket will cover 6’ x 30” table, two representatives, two chairs, recycle bin, and an identification sign and listing in the Convention Program materials under exhibitors. Each additional representative is $200. Electricity will be provided.  Please indicate if you need electric. Wi-Fi can be purchased from the Convention Center directly. 

Literature Distribution - Have your literature prepackaged with every conference attendee’s registration material. Placing literature in the registration packet is a great option for vendors who are unable to attend the conference. Note: All material must be received by October 1st, 2025. 

CAPED Member List - Exhibitors may purchase a CAPED member mailing list and/or the convention attendee mailing list. Note: Requires a signed mailing list usage agreement. 

  • Pre-Convention Registration List is delivered by email 30 and 10 days before convention

  • Post-Convention Registration List is delivered by email 10 days post-convention

Breakout Session - If you plan to purchase a breakout session, you must be a registered exhibitor and submit a workshop description prior to approval of your session. Please contact our Exhibitor Chair if you select a Breakout Session - [email protected]

ADA Accessibility:  Exhibitors will follow the Americans with Disabilities Act in all offerings of public information and services during the conference. Please ensure that all videos displayed are closed captioned.

Shipping and Storage of Exhibit materials: Must be coordinated directly with hotel. 

Literature for Attendees’ Welcome Bags: If you have paid for literature to be distributed to attendees in welcome bags. Plan on 400 individual pieces to distribute. Please ship to be received by Oct. 1st to 3883 Jefferson St., Turlock, CA 95382. Attn: Julie Sedlemeyer

Cancellation Policy
Please review our cancellation policy below

No refund shall be made to any exhibitor who cancels the contracted exhibit space after Oct. 1st, 2025.  Further, no refund shall be made to any exhibitor who fails, for any reason, to occupy the space reserved.  Payment minus the $100.00 processing fee will be refunded upon a written request for cancellation received by the Exhibitor Coordinator before 4:00 PST on Oct. 1, 2025.  In the unlikely event that the Convention is canceled by CAPED, all paid exhibitor fees shall be promptly refunded to exhibitors or if preferred, rolled forward to 2026 Convention.

Additional Exhibitor - Terms & Conditions

Upon completion of registration, I understand that I am contractually obligated to pay all fees for this event upon check out.
*Early Bird Registration* I understand that early bird pricing will end on September 18th and after I will be expected to pay regular fee rates.
No Show to Convention: If a registrant or exhibitor no shows, the full convention fee will not be refunded.
Type of Payment: Purchase Orders, Checks, and Delayed Payments will be NOT be accepted for payment to convention. All payments will be made at time of purchase.
Photo/Video Consent: By purchasing a ticket and attending CAPED 2025 Convention, you are acknowledging consent to event photos and videos.
