We’re excited to welcome you to the CAPED Convention! If you're registering with a Single Day ticket, please note that your registration fee allows access for one CAPED day plus a one-year CAPED membership, which comes with access to one CAPED Interest Group (CIG) of your choice.

Please remember, September 18th is the deadline to book your accommodations within the CAPED hotel block to receive the discounted group rate.

Please keep in mind: if you plan to attend more than one day, you will need to purchase the Full Convention ticket, you will not be allowed to purchase multiple Single Day tickets. This ensures access to all event offerings and complies with our registration structure.

A few updates to this year's registration:

We have two important updates for our returning members when it comes to convention this year. First, session selection will not be done early this year. You will have access to the full sessions and locations upon arriving to convention in the fall. Second, payment will only be accepted at purchase of your event registration. We are no longer accepting delayed payment methods.

We appreciate your understanding as we've made these adjustments for efficiency, fiscal responsibility, and ease for our small team.
