Registration Terms & Conditions

Please review the following information before completing your CAPED 2026 registration.

Accessibility Note: If you request accommodations during registration, you will receive a follow-up email asking which sessions you plan to attend so we can best support your needs.

Registration & Payment

By completing your registration, you agree to pay all applicable fees associated with your selected registration and add-ons at the time of checkout. Registration is considered a binding agreement once submitted.

CAPED does not accept Purchase Orders, checks, or delayed payments. All payments must be completed at the time of registration.

Early Bird Registration

By selecting an Early Bird registration option, you understand that certain items—such as Sunday Professional Development Seminars—may not yet be available for purchase. You may return at a later date to add these items to your registration.

Cancellations

All cancellation requests must be submitted by the posted deadline.

  • A $100 administrative fee will be applied to cancellations received after the published cancellation date.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the final deadline.

No-Show Policy

If a registrant does not attend the convention, no refunds will be issued. The full registration fee will be retained.

Photography & Video Consent

By registering for and attending CAPED 2026, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used by CAPED for promotional and educational purposes.

Registration Information Sharing

By registering for CAPED 2026 or submitting a membership form, you acknowledge that your contact information may be shared with CAPED Exhibitors and Sponsors who have purchased approved list access, including Pre-Convention and/or Post-Convention Registration Lists.

If you prefer not to have your information shared, you may opt out during the registration process.

Exhibitor & Sponsor Terms

Please review the following terms if you are registering as an exhibitor or sponsor for CAPED 2026.

Payment & Registration

Exhibitor and sponsor registrations must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise approved by CAPED Exhibitor Chair & Treasurer. Registration is not considered complete until payment is received.

Additional Representatives & Add-Ons

Any selected add-ons, including additional representatives, brochures/pamphlets, breakout sessions, registration lists, or guest meal tickets, will be charged at the time of registration and are subject to the fees listed at checkout. Breakout sessions must be pre-approved before purchase. Email [email protected] for inquiry.

Cancellation Policy

Exhibitor and sponsor cancellations must be submitted in writing by the published deadline. Approved refunds, if applicable, may be subject to an administrative fee.

Contact List Access

Exhibitors and sponsors who purchase approved registration list add-ons may receive attendee information in accordance with CAPED’s registration terms and attendee opt-out selections.

Booth, Materials, & Participation

Exhibitors and sponsors are responsible for the materials, staffing, and setup associated with their participation. Additional event logistics, move-in information, shipping instructions, and display requirements may be provided separately.

Event Changes

CAPED reserves the right to make reasonable changes to event schedules, exhibitor arrangements, sponsorship benefits, or program details as necessary.

Photography & Promotional Use

By participating in CAPED 2026, exhibitors and sponsors acknowledge that event photos and video may be captured and used by CAPED for promotional and educational purposes.

Additional exhibitor and sponsor requirements, including setup timelines, shipping instructions, and on-site expectations, may be shared in follow-up communications.
